The Case
Info tab is where you will need to enter all of the patient's
insurance information, or in some instances, the information of the policy
holder who is responsible for the patient. Before you can send insurance claims
successfully, the Case Info will be to be filled out thoroughly and
correctly.
Before you begin filling in the patient's case
information, it is recommended that you begin be selecting the
patient's Case Type from the top of the case info section.
Selecting an appropriate case type is important because it
dictates what happens to the charges that you post. For further

here. After selecting the patient's case type, complete
the case information tab by moving consecutively through the
internal insurance/coverage/claim data pages. Click on any of the links below to learn about each
